About Future Focused Family Mediation
Our Philosophy
Divorce doesn't have to be adversarial and financially draining. We provide information and guide the mediation process to facilitate agreement allowing you to maintain control over all of the decisions that affect your family and to keep those decisions private.
Jennifer Kincaid, MBA
Jennifer Kincaid is a professional family mediator practicing in New Jersey. She earned an MBA from Seton Hall University and prior to mediating, worked for many years in corporate HR and legal departments as well as in real estate sales and investing. She gained a great deal of negotiation experience through that investing and by working on behalf of her clients in real estate sales where she earned several awards for dollar volume and closed transactions.
Jen is happily remarried and is guided by the lessons from her own divorce many years ago. She believes strongly in the privacy, self-determination and cost savings of mediation as a means of conflict resolution for families in transition especially where there are children involved, and provides caring, high-quality service at an extremely affordable rate. Jen received her training in mediation from and is an active general member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM)
